Each team owner will have 150M to spend on players and anything else. The maximum number of years on a contract will be 4 years, and the maximum amount of money you can give someone is 12M (it would be 3M per year in that scenario). Coaches will be on the team until they resign or something else happens. All draftees will be signed to a rookie contract of your choice. The contract limit is from 100K to 12M.
