You are Klo Vongola, the ruler over Vangaisha, located in what is known as Ireland. You mainly focus on economy, rather war, even if your army is large, you look towards nurturing the kingdom into a better state. Recently owned by your father, a tyrant who ruthlessly attacked the economy after the assassination of your mother, so you called an assassin to finish him off. (Do you mind if I make up other kingdoms?) A fisherman runs through the door, the guards eying him cautiously and says,"M'lord, there is a storm coming towards the kingdom, it's huge, too! You'd better get down, the storm will ravage the capital (which I deem to be coastal as you did not state where it was) and several other small villages!"

(I do not mind.) "Alright," I look to the guards. "Warn the people of the storm to get into a safe place, hide there livestock and supplies. Whoever do not have a bunker are welcome to come in here." I signal them to go before getting up, and heading outside for a better look.

The guards nod and run outside, and you can hear them telling other guards to warn the people. You look at the storm, it is large with lightning brewing in the distance, there is even the faintest outline of a small water spout. You hear cattle being put to safety, and the cattle are sounding uneasy about the storm. You hear several people begin walking towards the castle for shelter, too.

I think to myself, the nearby villages should be okay. They have there own shelters, as I remember that this storm could last for a long time, noticing that I go in the palace and ask alot of servants to gather food for the shelter. As I start to head in the direction of the main chamber incase of any news.

The servants begin gathering up food for the storm, and the cook puts his next meal away for the storm, too. You return to the throne room to see about 12 people and your guards have returned. "We've told the whole village, my lord," says the guard in charge.

"Alright, if you are sure you told everyone return to your homes and families to keep safe. Or if they don't have a bunker go find them." I told them. "Everyone else, head to your safe place. I will go to the bunker to make sure we have enough supplies and people." I command as I head to the bunker myself.

A few branch off, returning to their families, however most of them follow you to the bunker, they came there with the main purpose of getting in the same bunker as you.

I attend to see the situation of things in the bunker looking around and asking people what is happening.

Most of them say they are just waiting the storm out in the bunker, and the bunker is better than any other, a good storm bunker for it's time. Most everyone is calm, other than a wailing baby that drills into your ear.

I'd sigh in relief knowing my people are safe as I look around to see food stocks.

The food is ready for about half a day with this amount of people, but the storm shouldn't last that long. You hear the thunder becoming louder.

I call out. "EVERYONE GET INTO A SAFE PLACE!" I'd stop for a second. "The storm is about to reach its peak soon!" I'd yell again.

The people hurry a little more, and they all huddle down in your shelter, as the thundering gets violently louder, you can hear winds picking up too, before the final guards close the gate to the shelter.

I address the guards. "See how much food we have and spread it evenly among the people, I don't care of status or bribes. Children get more because they need be and impregnated woman go the same, if there is sick get them so medical attention." I command to them as I scour the field of people, the dim torches not helping me at all. (pr3gnant is not allowed)

The guards distribute the food evenly among the people, and more to the more needy. The thundering gets louder even with the large, concrete walls. The thundering is faint, but if you were to open the door you feel as if your eardrums would crack. The people are mainly poor people who failed to afford a luxury as a shelter, most of them are in rather poor clothes.

That was what I was expecting, i'd be attempting to wait out the storm till its end.

You wait out the storm, faint sounds drowning into the shelter, as the baby has seized crying. After a few hours the faint thundering seems to be gone, and the people begin noticing and standing up.

I'd lift myself up. "Guard, please go check it out." I ask one of the nearby guards. As I try and warm myself by breathing into my hands.

One of the guards rises and opens the door, the sun shines directly into the bunker, and a good amount of water leaks into the shelter before people start getting up and leaving the shelter, stretching in the sunlight, but the air is still cold.

I'd get up, heading out to look at the damage outside. Hopefuly it isn't to much.

People gasp after stretching, and you see what they're shocked about, the valley part of the kingdom is flooded, each house is submerged. You see several heads pop up from the water as you see this, and they're swimming to the nearest dry land.

I'd sigh in frustration, they were gonna need a plan fast. I would head to where I think my advisor would be.

You head inside the shelter, and your advisor comes out with you and asks,"What do you need, m'lord?"

"How long do you think it'll take to clear the flood? Also, how many houses are lost." I ask him.
