The Problem: I can take out my clone tool and click on a block but the transparent ghost part won't come up and I can't place it.

First of all I'd like to say I take stamper very seriously, and I can build on studio and script. When I say I take stamper very seriously, well, you could read my blurb, but the reason I simply can't replace parts is because I usually mod parts with the "more tools" tool (you know the tool with the plus sign?), for example changing the colour of a fence and pasting it all around the perimeter. I COULD place the fence then colour it all but that's gonna take a very long time, I also use f3x on my personal servers to also help mod parts. Also when I wire/config an object, say an entire array of lights, I'm not gonna wire each individual light and configure it, I first wire one light then clone that light. I could fix this myself but I am not the most decent scripter but I will give it a try. But on PBS's the tools aren't in starter pack or anywhere accessible, they are in workspace when the server is active and I errr can't really be editing an active server. so well...
Please...
