Hello my name is kaidenandrus and I think I am experienced enough to run for RDOT director also make a change.
Some reasons you should vote for me.
1. I'm very active always get on when I can. Like immediately after school and right when I wake up.
2. I read all my messages from you guys and what you think of tryouts if you think we need more or not.
3. I'm very mature I don't like to joke around much or try to be a class clown.
4. I'm very kind, and friendly however I wont talk to you if your asking for tryouts I might but most likely don't.
5. I am loyal.
6. I always try to make sure everyone is doing their job correct and that you have a fair chance of passing.
7. I have been on roblox for about 3-4 years now!
8. I have earned trust for many groups.
9. Will stop bulling.
10. Will keep hosting if I become a director I don't just want the rank. I want to atully help you guys out achieve your goals in RDOT.
11. I'm responsible.
12. I know what to do with this job.
13. Also I never cheat I want to stop the cheaters in every group.
[IDEAS]
1. To stop all bullying.
2. To get a diffrent training method for Instructor+.
3. To hire the number of tryouts a week for Instructor+
4. To get some new guidelines.
5. To possibly add in buses in V2 or taxi.
6. Give every supervisor 2 Instructor's so the Instructor will pm their supervisor to promote.
7. Give Instructor group admin maybe.
8. Add a max of RDOT on the team. (So their is just not 10 RDOT on and you cant do anything.)
[TRUST from other groups]
Got commander in less then one 3 weeks in TRC. (Now im really close again to reciving commander again.)
I am also a driving Instructor in TRC.
Also a flight Instructor in Rockport airlines.
Lastly a supervisor for Rockport department of transportation.
[Want job]
I want this job so everyone can complete their goal in RDOT and to make a change in RDOT.
[Why vote me and not someone else?]
You should vote for me because i'm very active read all pms and still plan to host also increase hosting for other Instructor+ also very mature.

Anyways I hope you guys chose someone who can make a change in RDOT like me and program will also, hope you read this all and really think about it. (Program will be the lt director if I win.)

Change in mind I am not supporting this person since he betrayed me and lied to me. Wow do you really want a Director that is like that? Think twice before you choose a RDOT Director. |
