why do people even like minecraft anymore

this is not a troll thread or a hate thread, i'm just asking why i used to like it in like 2011 but it got boring so fast literally, all you do is punch trees, make a house, go mining, get diamonds, go to nether, go mining more, then go to ender and boom the game is done it got so boring to the point, when i was nice enough to give it one more chance, i didn't even make it to the title screen before closing in boredom - Feleskhjerta/MechaGodziIIa -

i only play for the modded part and a single server (this server i play daily though) ~ Solman123/Permille, is kill, add 8k to my post count ~ These stories and Andy Rooney tonight on 60 Minutes. ~

yea, the servers are the only good thing tbh. it gets boring quick though, and i only found 1 good server, where there were 2 groups in the server, and we eventually raided each other and stuff our group settled on an island and we even built a shop system, and it would give back to the community some how.
