If emailing ROBLOX support was unsuccessful, then you are pretty much screwed. This is why you should verify your accounts. I'll throw the ball, and you try to catch it.

First off, how'd you know gunstar111 hacked you? you traced him/her? And we can't really get it back, Roblox can as they have acess to the data servers. TESTsubject0100 is AWESOME Cupcake

I can't log into my main account jdub7188. I know i'm not hacked cause i never gave away any information and 180k+ of my limiteds r still there, and it says i have not logged on since the 24th, the day i lost it. The log in info is correct I tried clearing my cookies, didn't work. helpr

Email [email protected] again. Even though it was unsuccessful the first time, this time be sure to include a few things. Full evidence that you could access the account before it was hacked, who hacked it, if there was a reason you were targeted, etc. ~ Jazuc

Send a message to them from your original verified email address and tell them that you would like to have your account put back onto that email and receive a pssword renewal.
