The effect should be longer like... 5 seconds. It would have to anchor the person i guess. |

Nice idea. Or a "Magic Staff of Ice"
Just freezes a person (anchor) for 3 seconds and then thaws them after that time. The ability to freeze is like how long it takes to deal damage using the large axe or something. |
