Android Tablet Screen Cut Off

I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 tablet and I can't use the controls, and half of the screen only shows. I am upset because I bought this for $200 just to play Roblox and now I can't play, help please?

Use landscape. I had the problem on my apple product. If it still fails go to the Roblox Blog website and look for an email to email your problems to.

Sorry for the problem... Well, at least you can play other things, right? I mean, it IS a Samsung tablet...
