Be advise that this is just a concept and no way shape or form in actually development beyond the simple paper and pencil.
Concept:
Galaxy Sector was a nice touch, I think people would agree. Each server was different, new maps, new environments. This made raiding unique each time you joined. It still lacked some feature that I always wanted to implement. I decided to start jotting idea for a Galaxy Sector 2.0 and came to come up with the idea of a War Mode.
WAR MODE:
What is war mode? War mode will be how TSU goes to war with other groups. During WAR Mode all servers would be locked down. The leader or high rank will have the ability to target a single planet. When a planet is targeted TSU will be given a two hour noticed. This will give TSU time to ready themselves.
When the time is up, TSU/Allies and Raiders/Allies will all converge onto the planet. Each server will be linked together. When TSU/Raiders when a server then it will go towards a score. I/E Defenders: 3 Points Raiders: 2 Points. After a certain time, the servers will lock and the side with the most victories will have conquered the planet and will earn 1 point to the war score.
When a planet has been conquered it will be locked from both defenders and raiders for a set amount of time. Other planets will also be locked and there will be a buffer time before the time when raiders can launch another attack.
TSU will also be able to launch attacks on planets they don't own anymore. Same way as before, raiders will be given a 2 hour noticed. When TSU attacks they'll be put on the hostile team and raiders on the defenders. Who ever earns more raid wins will conquer the planet.
[PLANET SYSTEM]
There will be a total of 5 sectors each with two planets. Desert, Ice, Grassland etc. Maybe a few moons with moon themed maps. Planets can be conquered and controlled by either TSU or Raiders during war.
