'We are aware of a ROBLOX Studio bug that may cause your games to appear to be empty when you Edit them from roblox.com. We will be fixing this bug in the near future. However, if you're experiencing this issue in the meantime, please try following these steps to resolve it:
1. Open ROBLOX Studio from your Windows Start Menu (Start > Programs > ROBLOX > ROBLOX Studio) or Mac Dock (as opposed to clicking Edit from a page on roblox.com); this will launch Studio
2. Log out of your ROBLOX account (if you're already logged in)
3. Once logged out, log back in using the account on which you want to edit your game
4. Navigate within Studio to the Develop page, then click Edit on the associated game, OR
5. Close Studio and try clicking the Edit button again on roblox.com'

Thank you, but this has not worked for me in the slightest.
I can't put up with this if people are saying they've had this for a week, mostly due to my entire point of being on ROBLOX to create and upload my content. |

If you can't open published places, and it opens blank, do the steps that were listed
If it doesn't open period. Uninstall NPROBLOX if you are on iMac, or on windows go to settings then uninstall BOTH STUDIO AND THE ROBLOX CLIENT. then reinstall

Hello [NAME CLASSIFIED],
Thank you for contacting us. Please try uninstalling and re-installing ROBLOX on your Mac:
To Uninstall:
1. Make sure you are completely closed out of the ROBLOX program.
To ensure that you are completely closed out of the program, please press the Command + Option + Esc keys to open a task management prompt. Make sure you do not see ROBLOX or Roblox Studio in it. If either program is listed, please select the ROBLOX or ROBLOX Studio and click "Force Quit."
2. Open Finder and search for "NPRoblox.plugin" -- Once you have found this item, please delete it.
** Note: Make sure you are searching all folders within your Mac. If you are searching within the local folder, your search will not execute properly.
3. Go to Finder > Applications
Drag the ROBLOX icon into the trash; the icon in finder contains all of the ROBLOX files that have been installed.
4. Reboot your Mac.
To Re-install:
1. Go to www.roblox.com and click on Play to download the software.
2. Go to your Downloads Folder and click on ROBLOX.dmg - this should run the installer for you and place the ROBLOX icon in your Applications Folder. It will also add the icon to your Dock, which will allow you to run ROBLOX or ROBLOX studio. You can still run them directly from your Finder->Applications.
