I'll only answer the ones that I can since I haven't been in BHB for very long.
KaiCorn [{10} Admiral]: she can get the job done, she can be strict as well at appropriate times and manner. People try to claim that she "AA" whenever she's just doing what's right. Example: a person isn't following her orders and is swearing at her, she ends up kicking them first. If the person returns and attempts to act the same way, then she'll ban them. I'd give KaiCorn a 9.5/10
Bloodthirsty1208 [{10} Admiral]: he needs to be more strict. He doesn't seem like the type of person to take charge (especially in raids), and I believe as if he needs a bit more training before he continues to host trainings or be a high rank.
Inzuno/iiLonelyCorpse [{1} Soldier]: I thought this was a review on the HIGH ranks.
ColorfullInsanity [{13} Commander]: I've only attended one of his trainings, but I think that he has truly earned his ranking. He's mature, he gets things done, he's the right person for that rank and a perfect role model.

I'm sorry, but you didn't once kick me. I tried suggesting to you some discipline ideas as well, but you weren't taking them. And I wasn't once disrespecting you (just to let you know, even though you never accused me of doing so) at all.
I'll list two examples on what you can work on:
1) Dealing with people.
You like to count down for people that're misbehaving before they get kicked (sort of making them stop). I wouldn't recommend that, because that'll make you look like a pre-kindergarten teacher. We're not in pre-K, we're actual children and adults. Don't count down, warn two times. Third times, a strike. If they come back, then ban them, report it to a higher rank and exile them with a higher rank's permission (if that's how the system works... the point's that you need to be more strict on the ones that misbehave)
2) You could be a bit more interactive with us.
You pretty much act like as if we're your slaves to be honest. We don't wanna be your slaves, we want to be your friend. So try having more conversations with others at the appropriate times (ex. whenever a TDM is running and you're talking with someone else while you two are both eliminated.) |
