I just dropped the guy off, same age and grade as me and all (senior) , and he just has no aspiration nor social skills whatsoever I know it's kinda wrong to care when he's at the reigns of his life but it concerns me that I know his philosophy about things will end up in him failing miserably

"its called natural selection" 'loll genetics!!!' No dude it's just what he's been fed all these years and people not giving him any kind of a chance to socialize I'm not even talking about introversion here, i'm probably more introverted than he is, it's just that he's so damned awkward like he doesn't understand the basics of being social

"not having social skills is a joke i cannot believe kids are so stupid and dont know how to communicate" We're about equally smart though I'm a ton wiser than he is I'm pretty sure he's autistic somehow and i feel i'm the only one that he's ever confided in

I have a friend like that too (7th grade like me ) , he doesn't have any other friend and gets bullied quite alot i stand up for him but sometimes he can't be helped , and he sometimes gets me in awkawrd situation constantly talking about my/his/our quirks ,being extremly offensive to jewish people muslims , gary people , did i mention he's hardcore orthodox christian . He once criticized a really nice dude for being jewish even tho he is way more likeable person . No i'm not talking about Eric Cartman .

I won't. But dude, don't worry. This is the same shit that got me in the hospital. That is what happened to my two best friends, one of the was an elitist who felt like the other guy had no aspirations. Which was a lie. Just don't worry about it. Everything will turn out for the best.

I was in the same boat Me and my best friend were concerned about our other best friend because he was so apathetic He was very smart, but did absolutely no work, and even was two classes behind in math than he should have been, which would have kept him from graduating Eventually we really stopped caring, because we tried to help him and he just didn't care The only thing that really saved him was some online classes he took, and then he got a better attitude and was more pleasant to be around He also had connections, and is now an apprentice to his uncle who is a plumber or contractor Both professions could be very lucrative

Kev, I hope it does really get better from here, and I guess he has some scattered passion about certain things but it's that he has no drive to want to do anything with those I guess If I'm being judgemental here, which i'm trying to be impartial, tell me

Pretty much the same, shred, except that my friend is nice and all to be around but he doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground

I think you have the right to be a little concerned. But don't hold it to him, the only thing he really said about what he wants to do is be a hobo and see the world. Which I think that is a good idea, 'cept the hobo part. The military would be a good choose for him. Passion is good, just needs to find something to strive for.

"But don't hold it to him, the only thing he really said about what he wants to do is be a hobo and see the world" I think the idea of traveling unconventionally is really cool, though I might not want to be a hobo and do it, but y'know That's not what bothers me though Kev, it's more of the way he acts and he's told me a ton more stuff than ya'll obviously
