@TPHG Why did you leave us in the first place? We are alive and well.... ...there's an issue with this war. Why do you want it to start on December 14th of 2018? I'm sure that only occurs in 2018.

ok war terms criticism inbound - NFC also provides VS the privilege of whether they would like allies involved in this war, as NFC does not care either way. - we have rat and sc woo, but they have fear rsf ucr and (lol) iron force so it would be a 3v5 if all allies hopped on board - SENSIBLE and STANDARD fort rules apply. Preflooding is allowed, but no empty server raids (this won't matter for NFC since the raid begins upon respawn). - don't allow preflood, especially bc of topixa's official nfc thing - As soon as the war is officially begun, no changes are allowed to be made without the consent of both sides. ok - There are no autowins under any circumstances. *hires cpa mercs* - Raid wins must have image or video-based proof to be counted, and will be thoroughly analyzed. @tim Just trying to balance the two forts out a little more. The guns at Vulcan can get annoying. @aloe vera I don't mind the allied warfare at all. The number of clans to me is irrelevant when I think that RAT and SC are fantastic contenders. Topixa has always allowed and endorsed prefloods. No one can win at Topixa without prefloods. We've won there countless times from prefloods and we can win more. not dealing with autowins full leaderboards are preferable but if you have all the basic info down then yes that's good with me (all defenders + majority of raiders)

From my viewpoint, VS's fort is easy because I can kill every VS in sight with 2 shots from the starter pistol. Its just the reload that gets me :<. and what the gate has HP? ._. I never knew.. but ya I could do without having a VS HR coming into a server and shutting it down

Vulcan is extremely fair except for the 8 VS rule. I don't know why you're asking for so many changes when we've gotten around 18 raid wins there in the past 3 days.
