I am making an Obby/Parkour like game and i'm adding stages using spawn locations, but every time I join to test it out I am spawned on a location I named for example "Stage 30" I don't Want players skipping to stage 30. So my question is how to I make a player spawn at a certain point and hit other spawn locations to progress, NOT! spawn on a stage higher than the starting one. Please help! -FzMzGazza

You have to insert the team and under the team there should be a property called AutoAssignable. Disable that and they won't spawn on that team when they join.

Or you could use the neutral spawn locations which don't have a team assigned to them. So long as you turn auto assign off on the other teams/spawn locations, they will also spawn on the neutral ones which you will presumable place at the start.
