I think I might know the solution to this. If you've made any large payments to Roblox recently and you are trying to purchase another large payment the may make you wait a certain amount of time to decrease the changes of them being scammed. I'm not saying that you are a scammer but there are scammers out there. I'm not 100% sure but thats my guess

yeah i used a debit card like a year ago which was only meant for bc, it may have been because i forgot the pin and kept putting the wrong one.

Ok I'm going to say I might be another week or 2. If it still wont let you try using a different card. Also, there might not be enough money left on the debit card or you have used the max amount allowed by your card provider. I suggest waiting 1-2 weeks, getting a new card or using a different card, or email the customer service and ask them for help.
