I have an idea or suggestion to make. Roblox should make the Trade Currency for Robux and Tickets the exact as how much you are going to get worth. For Example; Trading 100 Tickets to 10 Robux instead of 5 Robux, since you get half the money when you trade. Does anybody else agree with me, because I think this is a really good suggestion!

Roblox's users control how much the currency is worth based on how much they spend and receive Much like the actual economy

@MaskedClaus so then how do I trade my Tickets (816) to like 80 Robux? I'm still confused by bit though.

When you trade currency using the "limit trade" button, you get to decide how much you want to trade for. The people who bid the highest ratios for tickets and the lowest ratios for robux have their trades carried out. This causes the exchange rate to go up constantly because people are trying to trade their money at more extreme ratios. If we want the exchange rate to go down, we have to trade currency less often. ~~ Bring back Scripting Helpers! ~~

They're less R$ than TIX. So R$ are more "rare". Making them cost more TIX. TIX have more abundance, so R$ will get you lots of TIX. I think of it that way. Since DevEx, lots of R$ have been lost to it. Making R$ more "rare". Also, they're more R$ hats/gears/faces etc, that R$ are spent more, and TIX are saved up.
