You guys need to tell him to stop buying a new laptop, or recommending the new laptops for him to buy. He is asking if an Intel Celeron will run decent on the HP Stream series, not asking for new laptops. |

Probably not. The old HP desktop I had ran terribly. It had 4 cores @2.70GHz, and a nVidia GPU and it ran like poo. I've never bought another HP computer after that serious let down. |

frankly they're not that hard to build,all you need is a wrist/ankle anti-static brace to protect from electrical grounds (all you need is 30 microwatts to ground a mobo and a static discharge to a doorknob is about 33000 microwatts) and a multi-bit screwdriver in which the philips-head and the torx are the most used.

I had a decent laptop with 6 gigs of RAM and it was powerful enough so that I could play any Roblox map at my settings set to 10 (highest setting) And use skype, t1nychat, have other programs open and more all at once!! Though that laptop was bought for $2,800 so I don't recommend you spend this much. And now I am usign a cruddy laptop due to the fact that my good one is infected with something I cannot combat or it's because the hardrive is messed up. |

my laptop was $500 less than empress' and has GTX860m's in SLI and an UNLOCKED core i7 4770K with 16 gigs of RAM,in addition of over 2 terabytes of mechanical drive space and 256 gigs of solid-state space.

I'm sorry but I can't fix my laptop, after i turn it on it takes a few moments and when i click things, nothing opens and things are extremely delayed and i can't do anything about it, my anti-virus programs broke or stopped working because of a RAT and my PC crashes when i try to run some of them and I can't afford to have it fixed and i could go to jail if anyone sees what has been on my pc or what was... I'll explain why. I have threatened to do things to people but they were empty threats, and also i have pics of blood all over my face (it's real, don't be scared though) and i might lose that laptop to the cops, AGAIN. Don't ask why... WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT??? THIS PC WAS THE BEST GAMING PC I EVER USED MAN... well it wasn't for gaming but it worked well for games. e.e |

Well 2 GB will work.. but 1 thing Don't run skype or Paint.net or something that takes 1 more gb of ram... ;-; I Have a lenovo and it has 2 GB And it plays ROBLOX Fine :P |

My laptop runs ROBLOX at 30-45FPS with 4 gigs of RAM, AMD E3 vision, and a AMD 6310 HD graphics, which is probably integrated graphics because laptop. |

HP Stream's are too slow. ESPECIALLY with Intel Celeron. You should REALLY get 3GB of RAM.. If you want it faster, Get 4GB of RAM and around 300-500GB of storage. I have 4GB of RAM and 500GB of storage which works just fine. You also need a better processor. |

yes it will work good but only if you have good internet and close everything for best preformance if he wants to multi task a lot he should get 4gb ram and a quad core processer |

you are overestimating if you have good internet those specs will play fine for me playing pacifico 2 on my hp stream is fine it gets the cpu to about 75 percent full and the ram 60 percent you can also have music in the backround if its a small game
