He really wasn't being sexist, guys.
He quoted something, and pointed out the flaw in it. It's true that women aren't smarter than men, but the reverse is true as well. It's all relative to the person, and their gender doesn't have a whole lot to do with it.
The only reason you guys are actually upset was because the example subject was women. If he had said "men aren't smarter than women" the majority of you would have been fine with that. The same goes for other examples. If I were to say "blacks aren't smarter than whites," you'd all call me racist. If I said "whites aren't smarter than blacks," you'd probably all pat me on the back and give me a medal for political correctness or something.
See, your smarts have nothing to do with your gender or race. It has to do with you and the effort you put in to learn.
