Best friends list vanishing

This started yesterday. For most of the time I look at my best friend's list, many people vanish from the list. However, other times, they reappear back onto the list, like normal. Is this some loading error?

I just checked mine when I got home and I have the same problem yet the ones who are off it are still there.

Same... I was kinda scared that some people unfriended me... And that that much friends at one time.. Eh, kinda good to know it doesn't only happen to me, like it's not my pc's fault...

As stated in a blog post, they are going to clear the friends on a date, and they will become your followers. Anybody on your best friends list will stay as a best friend.

I actually think it would be better if it still stays as friends anyway...
