Blue, There is something called Image Moderators. They take care of the ad. Besides, how can a small picture give seizures?

Then be patient. Image moderators sometimes mistakenly reject images that are complelty safe like mine.

@arcane Mods make mistakes so they might accidentally let out a seizure ad. Also I don't tink the mods would want seizures themselves. Lastly If they actually implement this, which they won't, they should limit to only a few frames so it wouldn't take up alot of data space.

But you cánt have a seizure if.gif framerates were capped to say...0.5 seconds
