"Come around 'er then, I'll show you the REAL stuff" The clerk motions you to come around the counter as he heads through an entrance behind the counter

She quickly follows him behind the counter. |

The shop keeper flips on a light, illuminating the room. You can see that room is full of weapons. Small arms, knives, swords, blades, rifles, everything you'd ever need to kill a man

Tabitha's eyes widened. She went up to a heavy sword and took it off a rack, inspecting it. "Just like my old one..." She breathed. |

"She's a beaut, ain't she?" The shop keep says upon seeing you examine the sword
"Not when I kick into maximum over-hype!" |

"I've used 'her' before and I didn't like it. The one I got now..." She said as she patted the sword on her back, "...is ten times better. Have a look." She said as she took the sword from its sheath and showed it to the shopkeeper. |

The shop keeper takes the sword and looks it over "My my, this is a superbly crafted weapon. Though, it seems to have a few small chips here and there. I could fix it up for you of you want"

She quickly wrenched the sword from his hands. "Those chips are there to remind me of the battles I've fought and what it has taken to get to the spot where I am now." She growled. |

The shop keeper shrugs "Whatever you say Missy. If you aren't interested in any swords, maybe a gun few guns 'll interest you" He points to another part of the room with multiple small arms, as well as larger guns

She went to look at a few smaller guns. "I could use these instead of my throwing knives..." She said, thinking aloud. "Hey, shopkeeper. Can you tell me which is better," she pulled a knife from her boot. "One of these knives or a gun." |

"Well. Throwing knives are smaller, easier to store and hide, and can be re-used, but they'd do minimal damage to any good assassin. A small arm or, any gun really, will be a bit harder to hide, and you won't be able to re-use ammo. But, ya got a better chance of landing a killing shot" He explains

She rolls her eyes. "Well which one then." |

"Whichever you think I'll be better suited for your next battle" He responds |

She tested her aim with the gunand shrugged. "How much would it be for both? That way if one fails, which I doubt it from the fine work you did on these, I can still have the other." |

"Well, seein' as ye're from the UAA, I'll give ya a discount. Two-hundred for the gun, and fifty for a few knives" He responds
"I used to be an adventurer like you, but that was before the plague hit..." |

"Sounds about fair... I'll buy." Tabitha said and pulled her wallet from her back pocket. She fished out about two fifty dollar bills a couple tens and a one hundred dollar bill which it all added up to two hundred fifty half crumpled up dollars. She took her pick of two sleek knives and took the gun. "Anything else I need to worry about?" |

"You'll need some ammo for the gun, but I'll give that to ya free of charge" He replies

"Thanks. I'll most likely be seeing you around for more ammo and stuff. Anyways see ya later...?" She said waiting for a name. |

"Austin" He replies "Mah names Austin"

"Well Austin, it's been a pleasure doin' business with you. We'll be seeing each other again." She said and started heading out. |

Austin takes a hat from a nearby chair, puts it on his head, and tips it towards her

Tabitha headed back to her appartment, holding her aching left arm. "I'll just over do it with the pain killers and see if I can't fight tomorrow." She sighed as she entered the apartment. |
