So, many citizens of the USA are aware of checks and balances: if you don't know already, they're how governmental branches can "check" other branches and "balance" the power between the government.
Of course, if one branch has more checks on a different branch, even just one or two, it can really tip the balance in the branch with more checks' favour.
Now, the executive branch has been rather quiet in this branch war, so I'll highlight what the new constitution [created by jcmand and ryanrevan] has done with checks and balances.

+ denotes addition of check
CHECKS LEGISLATIVE HAS ON JUDICIAL
-Sole power of impeachment
-2/3 majority vote on approvals
-Amendments to halt power
CHECKS JUDICIAL HAS ON LEGISLATIVE
+can block all laws
+can block all constitutional amendments
+can block all impeachments
+controls where congress meets and votes
+can create new laws [they thought they could already do this, but i'm highlighting it here]
+thinks they can remove members [of course they can't, however they think they can]
Now, if you STILL think this isn't outrageous, keep this in mind:
THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT IS AN *APPEALS COURT*.
It is NOT the ruling body of the country, however this ridiculously STUPID constitution which was just passed has allowed it to be.
The House of Representatives officially motioned for a revote, but the power-hungry fools, jcmand and RyanRevan, refused to comply with the will of the people.

Lol, Congress just needs to grow up. Jc's constitution was FINE, it balanced out Congress power with Supreme Court power. How many times have Congress passed a silly bill and no one could say "na m8."? Forever is the answer, forever. Now that someone can stop them from making stupid bills, they get angry and pass a law that SC can't step on House floors. This USA is not declining, this USA is not falling, it's Congresses strength that is falling. It's so bad that the Supreme Court has to act like Congress now due to the immaturity and lack of brain cells Congress has. "In real life, the Supreme Court can't do any of this." -Congress For one, this USA is not suppose to 100% based off real life, but it has done a good job so far. You are lacking in your duties as Congress, so therefore, jc has to do something risky in order to keep this USA in balance. Unbelievable! And you want to get mad at him because now someone matches your power? GTFO, CONGRESS. IF YOU WOULD ACT MATURE AND STOP PASSING THESE UGLY, POWER HUNGRY BILLS NONE OF THIS WOULD OF HAPPENED. Oh, haha, and they claim they read the constitution Jc made and they approved it. But, oh no, they said they were misled! How do you get misled by text.. Congress, stop whining, just stop. Your power is matched now, this is to keep you in check.

I did, I don't even need to read the post. I know it's going to be some short rant about how Congress power has been taken away and SC powers have been increased. It wasn't really any checks and balances in the first place, it was Congress passing whatever they want and 2/3rds of the House still overriding the Presidents veto if it did receive a veto.
