Fixing Clips Descendants.

I have been working on a project using clips descendents and I have noticed that it doesnt work with rotated frames 0.0 Roblox has been working on this new terrain feature and many other things but none of the employees have been given this for their "hack week" project. This is something that should be fixed before other things are done.
