ARTICLE II: Section 1: The executive power of the State shall be held by the Governor, the Higher Governing Council, and the Lower Governing Council. There shall be 1 Governor at a time, 3 members of the Higher Governing Council at a time, and 4 members of the Lower Governing Council at a time. The time length of a Governors and Council member’s term is 4 months. They can run 3 times. Section 2: The Governor has the power and responsibility of deciding what is of the best interest for the citizens of Stellis, and to put the needs of the citizens of Stellis before his or hers own. The Governor, to be elected, must have first been a member of one of the Governing Councils. The Governor can veto any law that reaches his office, and the law must be signed by the Governor in order to become effective. Section 3: The Higher Governing Council has the power and responsibility of choosing the Chief Court Justice for the Supreme Court. At the time of the Governor being impeached or resigned, the Higher Governing Council will be the head of the State until the past Governors term is over. The Higher Governing Council can veto a bill or law with a 2/3 vote. Section 4: The Lower Governing Council has the power and responsibility of choosing Supreme Judges for the Supreme Court. They can impeach a Supreme Judge of the Chief Court Justice with a 3/4 vote.
