i'm watching video of it
this video of him arguing with the police officer about minding his own business and not selling anything goes on for 4 minutes
Then when they try to search him he insists on them not touching him and resists them |

"And all of that media attention for stuff like ferguson, and I bet not even a quarter of you know about a school in Pakistan(I think) that was attacked by terrorists and killed 150 people"
Terrorist groups often resort to extensively repulsive actions to ensure that they're brought under international surveillance.
The essential goal is not to directly terrorize the government, in the majority of cases, It's essentially for the government to release information to the public to cause the common civilians to panic. |

And, do you not see him pointing to the criminals location and stating he called the police in the first place because it was outside HIS store? |

I'm not sure we're talking about the same guy
Either way, I don't support them choking or killing him but what got him in that chokehold were his own actions
If he just let them search him he would have been fine and honestly not letting them search you just makes you seem more guilty |

Still, they acted inappropriately. Detaining him instead of killing him would've been simpler, but its a bigger picture than him. The people rally for police brutality in general, just like they're doing in Greece ATM. |

Alright, It's unnecessary to argue over this.
Regardless of the intention behind each of the decisions involved in these various cases, each decision has a consequence, whether it's positive or negative.
Rioting aggressively simply isn't the solution to any of the preexisting problems, there's a significant difference between attempting to inform the government so that the overall standard of civilian defense can be improved and attempting to function as vigilantes when they consider an outcome "Unfavorable".

While I see your REASONABLE attempts, making it difficult to stubbornly side with the protestors, its wake up to those who were blind before. We tried peace, but all we got was beaten. The people tire of this, order can no longer be maintained, as it should be. |

The officers were trying to detain Garner, but, when he resisted their attempts to search him, the officer put him in a sleeper hold unaware that he would later die.
The sleeper hold is intended to make the victim pass out; not die. The victim being diabetic and out of shape certainly doesn't help, however. It is Garner's fault for his death, not the officer's. |

They didn't kill him on purpose
He resisted, but the police didn't know what they did would kill him
A mistake on both sides, but the law for what he was selling in the first place was unnecessary in the first place, which is a government fault |

@Praefecto
This still is a mark for revolutionary activists. The time was already ticking down, he just helped set it to 0. |
