I punch without holding back, I angle my fist to make it so, my the area between my 2nd & 3rd knuckles hit first and I twist my fist, first making the bottom of my hand perpendicular to the ground then while the punch is flying I twist it so that it it is parallel to the ground. I also put my back into it a classic boxer punch. |
