There is such thing as a $100 gift card, you just have to find a $10-$100 gift card and boom there you go. (Ive seen these cards at GameStop) |

They have to be profitable to produce, it's probably easier just to produce a whole bunch of 25$ and then have customers buy 4. Not everyone is going to fork out 100$ so it's easier just to produce the 25$ cards.
