Stop bumping. It's still on the first page. You don't have to bump it until it's on the second page. See, you should bump something every 20-30 minutes, not 20-30 seconds. First, put your suggestion in the title. Second, who cares about roblox birthdays? I mean, sure, whatever, but there are some WAY more important updates that could be done. Stuff people have asked for, for like, a year? That stuff? Yeah, that'd be better than implanting some "meh" feature that will be abused.

VIP servers weren't important. I'm talking about studio updates people have wanted for a long time, making build mode actually work, and personal servers have updated tools.
