Hello, today December 29,2014 Special Operations Assault Recon has declared war on Avantus. Avantus has until December 31st to accept or decline the war.If accepted war will begin Saturday,January 10th.
TERMS-
-1) First group to 11 offensive wins,defences do not count as wins.
-2)You must notify a HR at least 30 minutes before a raid.
-3)Allies are only allowed at defences,not raids.
-4)But groups must follow the groups rules.
-5)If a group declines to defend with out a legitimate reason it will result in a autowin.
-6)If a group exploits or continues to break the rules it will result in a autowin or a subtraction from cheating groups wins.
-7)A HR must give each other a tour of each others fort. No fort updates are allowed unless,granted to do.
-8) No raids will take place before 10:00 AM[EST] or after 11:30 PM[EST].
-9) No pre-flooding will be allowed, a HR must give you permission to come.

Avantus is dead this is a easy win for SOAR I can guarantee you cause I have an alt in the group and I've seen its activity, plus I was HR in the time before it was stolen and we stole its members and killed it, then it got shutdown again, so its dead. |
