Support more than just alphanumerical keys.

I've found recently that you cannot use special characters, accented characters, etc. So, why not add support for special characters? It can allow people of different languages to better use their own characters, because different countries have different keyboards. A lot, like German, have accented characters on the actual keyboard, and since there isn't support for special characters, they will only show up as question marks (?). So, what do you guys think? It'd also allow for the Lenny face (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)), so excellent suggestion already in my eyes. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) does not approve of idiots.

I agree. It won't let me even type letters from my language, they do not appear in chat bar.
