Hello! This is regarding the current war TCC and NSC has initiated with "helexicon". This Forum will be stating a few topics and demands that must be met in order to keep this war fair, and most importantly- Fun.
Recently the war began with defenses on our side, and only by us. I had said as representative and owner of Hellstein that final war terms must be added, and the base must be discussed. After I returned from taking down a Christmas tree, I was met with this war beginning. PoB had lost one raid by this point, after this they turned to Hellsteins base. The issue is Ciocksmith had neglected to meet with the rest of Helexicon. Multiple times he stated the war started simply "becuz I can". He forgets we are not here as some chew toy, we are not here to be taken advantage of. The point of meeting with Ciock was to discuss the Hellstein fort, and how we would change it to hold a larger server. Another thing we were going to discuss was final war terms that should be added, war terms I figured needed both sides to agree on.
Ciock neglected this, and so a war on "in-and-out-of-Dev Clans" has turned confusing, and disorderly. Chaos must be contained.
Once more, another problem has turned up. This war is set up to be a (5 clans) vs (2)
The score count itself is set up this way. However Ciock neglected to realize that Helexicon was made up of PoB, Gl, and FM. GL was in basic terms shut down due to inactivity, FM has one active member, Solarization.

So, these demands and changes must be met to fix the war.
_/ Hellstein and PoB will have 48 - 60 hours to find last minute replacements.
_/ Ciock and hailreagan must meet with Excalubus and Cirivio for better war terms
_/ Once the Allies are found, a final meeting WILL take place
_/ NSC will have to find a way to fix their base. (Stop it from crashing)
_/ Any exploitation in ANY raid will result in a stalemate. If it is more than five exploited raids/defenses, the war will end in a stalemate.

NSC's entire base shutdown.
The Server itself crashed, same thing happened with Rokia.
I simply ask you look into it, maybe check your scripts.
Could be an infection from FMs? |

You could raid TCC, we've expressed little to no base issues, also maybe get a PC that isn't piss poor |

CIock, there have been multiple raids exploited, breaking rules, and some certain burden in this entire war that has possibly (more than likely) lag-switched and broken rules. Lookin' at you, AnotherHumanBeing. (also, you could make fun of PoB, another, but we destroyed you in the ISU war. <3) |

NSC is already working on a way to 'fix' our base, however I highly doubt there is an 'infection from fm scripts'. The only thing I really see that could cause the random crash would be the terminal, or the howitzer.
