I'm not saying we should delete anyone who hasn't been on in a year or two, just accounts that haven't been on in MULTIPLE years. There are a bunch of accounts who haven't been on since 2009 and before, and they just hog usernames that could be used by new, active players. I wanted to change my name to Naser, after the Arabic word for "Eagle", but some noob-looking fellow who hasn't been on since 2009 already took it. Oh well. Could you guys fix this by deleting accounts that do not have builder's club and haven't been on in 4+ years? Thank you. |

Not selfish. Some people may actually want to delete accounts for good reasons. Like privacy, for example. It's odd, everytime a 2.0 speaks, all I hear is "I am an idiot". |

@blockzbuilderz Why would it be selfish? infact, it's the old, inactive accounts that are being selfish. It's not fair that all of the cool usernames are being hogged by people who haven't played the bloody game in 4+ years. |

Partial support. Some people moght be really busy (ie. going to university) and don't have the time to play on ROBLOX. It would be very unfair if their account was deleted but it wasn't their fault that they couldn't be online.
ROBLOX need proof that the player has quit ROBLOX for good before they delete them. |

@Mudkip 2009, I understand where you are coming from, but if the account does not have much accolades or achievements and is simply a "noob" player with little badges or time played on Roblox, I think that should justify deletion. |

It has been announced they won't ever do this.
Also, with the current system, (which reprogramming will be a waste of time) the deletion of accounts WILL NOT open up usernames. Once a username is taken it can not be taken back. |

I would support as in the end I named my character after my dead pet because every title I could think of was taken, and after spending 3 hours trying to pick a name I was so tired I forgot to put a capital letter and I stuck a random 500 on the end, but I kinda do not support as I left my account for over a year, and it would suck if I were to come on and it would say Username or p @ s s w o r d (This post just got blocked for typing the actual word this will have to make do) incorrect, or Username does not exist, care to make a new account? |

Nahh, i quit Roblox a couple years ago due to how ridiculously bad it was getting however, I pop on every now and then to buy a couple of items and I wouldn't be pleased if one day I came on and it said my account had been deleted. I do regret having this name and would change it to something else and would be quite annoyed if i came to find out a account with the same name hadn't logged on for 4-5 Years. But that's life, you gotta be creative with usernames if someone has one you wanted.

There are "ROBLOX Legends" who haven't gone on in years, however they're still relevant because people still play their games and honor them. Like Clockwork, for example. He hasn't been online for roughly 7-8 years, yet his games are still played regularly.
Also, people have 'alts' and back-up accounts that are necessary. Although they're just back-ups, those accounts still hold meaning to some people. They may have not gotten banned in years, however that account is still necessary for them, just in case.
Making a new back-up account is like throwing away any achievements you made on your previous one, and having to explain to everyone who you are.
If you're still convinced this is a good idea, let gordonrox24 explain it to you. He's a moderator, by the way.

I agree with this. Also you know all the spam accounts that send you the links. Wasting all usernames. I think roblox should start deleting accounts. I mean if your never gonna log back on???Let some usernames get used again! Its gonna get harder to think of names... |
