You see a cliff. It has bright, blinking, gigantic, and unmissable sign saying not to go over the cliff. There are angry people telling you not to go over the cliff. What do you do? Most people wouldn't walk over the cliff, but ROBLOX did. At one point, ROBLOX was free. These days, there is an unreasonable number of builder's club only updates.
Take a look at the past 5 updates (content updates such as hats and new materials are excluded):
1) Hat Re-selling
2) Removal of former BC places
3) GUIs
4) Group Building/Groups
5) Badges
Take a look at these features. Awesome, right? Games will become so much better, right? Wrong. 4/5 of them are BC only. It is biasing the whole game towards BC. Yes, BC should have more features, but this is seriously pushing it. 80% of new updates? That's a FREE game? When I joined, it was fair. 15 ROBUX a day, 10 places for BC, and BC could sell stuff.
It's not even economical! While Telamon may say that it encourages non-BCers to buy BC, he is dead wrong. He is not non-BC, and I am, therefore my opinion is far more valid than his could ever be. It doesn't make me want to BC. It just makes me angry. People will quit, and when people quit, more people will become angry and quit, until the whole society fails and crumbles. Some people will even harm ROBLOX by doing more than quitting, and ultimately being stopped by a gigantic ban hammer.
ROBLOX is sliding over the edge of the cliff, and it is no longer enough just to sit back and relax, action must be taken to liberate the non-BCers and save ROBLOX. |

I do agree that the past was better, but the economy is going down. So roblox has to entice more people to go there. And #2 wasn't a walk in the park for BCers either. Even though it was a glitch, it was good. |

look. i can see you are a cheapskate. they dont work for nothing. it is amazing that ANYTHING is free. i pay. they went to colledge to make money. not to end up working at macdonalds AND lose money on things like roblox just so they can make people like you happy becuase you dont want to pay a few bucks. |

Making an account is free pretty much about everything else isn't.The non BC members can only make a place,make models,make t-shirts,and go to places but for BC they can make shirts,make pants,sell stuff,make badges,make groups,sell hats and I think theres more. |

As I said, it's not economical either. Anyways, it is advertised as free game, and I expect it to be a free game. They would still be gaining as much, if not more money without the BC only updates.

Wow, Alot of stuff is for Non-Bc members..
Look around, you get to custimiza ur character, play any games you want, make 1 place, join 5 groups, post on foruns, buy hats, but pants and shirts and t-shirt, make a t-shirt, access the news, make an ad for your place... And lots more.

Technically, running a website is a zero-cost business.
What they SHOULD do, is try to make money through QUANTITY, NOT Price per user.
If BC was just $1, they'd probably triple their income, since EVERYONE would be able to afford it.
ROBLOX needs to think.
For instance, why bother playing a game where every place is boring, even if you have all the money in the world?
If they don't upgrade the game engine, BC users will quit, cause they have nothing to do, except get payed to do nothing.

no it wouldnt be TOTALY free but $30 for 6 months? thats 16.78 cents a day! and if you get a years subscription or a lifetime its even less. i know people that use pop machines and really get ripped off. just think. 18 oz of pop = almost 6 days of BC! thats really good. stop arguing about it! oh and meelo how do you still have roblox places? |
