I've been on ROBLOX since mid-2008, on several different accounts. Since then, the community has expanded, the reaches of ROBLOX lengthened, and the popularity of ROBLOX greatly increased. While ROBLOX has maintained (for the most part) a general level of quality and consistency, they still require major improvements to their company, especially for the older ROBLOX users. We all know ROBLOX is aimed at younger audiences, but the core development and content generation comes from (usually) teenagers. Without the strong user developers, ROBLOX would have a lessened effect on the UGC game scheme. I feel strongly that ROBLOX needs to improve in several fields in order to accommodate and keep these users for time to come. The main subject of the improvements ROBLOX needs to make is their customer service. The system that ROBLOX used with lesser amounts of individuals simply can't work with the massive influx of current members. The only way to reach ROBLOX customer support (if you're under 18) is by emailing an automated system. You then wait 48-72 hours (often more) for someone to respond to you, and essentially do nothing for you. While in some cases the customer service is effective, it is usually sub par. Now I understand I haven't really made any real suggestions about how to improve upon ROBLOX's customer support, I think a serious discussion should be brought up about it. Which brings up another point, the lack of communication between corporate ROBLOX and the users. No, I'm not talking about Dave Baszucki's email, I simply mean the lack of any initiative to suggestions brought up by the ROBLOX community. Going back to the point of the development user base, there are users on ROBLOX that can positively contribute to ROBLOX and their procedures. While there are many spam suggestions, some are genuinely good suggestions. When ROBLOX does respond to user suggestions, it takes an insane amount of time. Perhaps ROBLOX administrators and higher employees can act as a bridge of sorts between the users and the individuals who make such decisions. The communication between ROBLOX and their users needs to improve. In conclusion, this is in no means meant as an attack on ROBLOX or their ways of doing things. This is merely a ROBLOX user expressing some of the few things ROBLOX can improve upon at a basic level. If these things improve, the productivity and solutions to issues that arise in the community would raise exponentially. ROBLOX is an amazing site and community, it educates and excites people of all ages. If you have any comments to the rant I've made, reply them so I can take a look. I sincerely hope ROBLOX administrators read this, and pass it on. These suggestions would improve the ROBLOX experience greatly.

I agree Verb, even though I have only been here since 2010 on many accounts, I have had issues with several accounts, and ROBLOX always fail to help, only in one case were I was hacked, but I typically resolved the problem myself. They fail to see the suggestions their users leave, as if user satisfaction, means absolutely nothing to the ROBLOX administration. They also should maybe give the users a chance to possibly explain themselves in a situation like Verbero's, were I am sure he has spent some good time and money on his account, ALL of his groups, etc. They should give him a chance to explain, maybe the least bit, what caused the transaction between ROBLOX and Verbero's billing information had its malfunction, but they wouldn't know, because they don't care to find out. Hopefully some type of administration, sees the replies, and these forums. Hopefully your account will be restored, and this USA can prosper to its full potential, may God bless you Verb(unless you don't believe in him) And may God bless VUSA.

I agree, I emailed ROBLOX about some billing information about my BC not expiring, and then taking money out of my account for the extra days... then they just replied to me that it's a problem with the switch of their security system and I should try a different card... Anyways, I agree the audiance filled with teenage users is more of the 'development community' and they can serve a large bite into changing ROBLOX for the better, and the Suggestion's forum isn't too ideal due to the fact there are too many forums which fill up the page for all moderators to look at, they just don't have the time.

tl;dr version im from 2008, roblox has become popular, but the game is broken many of you neckbeards may not know this but roblox is for kids and kids dont know how to make free models like the big boys and roblox needs to fix it ok customer service is bad because bots dont answer your questions they just waste 2 weeks of your life and then tell you that the admins are busy sending their bots to answer other questions admins dont listen to us admins dont listen to s&i!!!!!!!!!! we can help too. roblox barely listens to us and takes between 3-5 eons to respond omg omg im not mad im just saying that admins dont listen to us i like roblox respond admins pls
