Are the forum subcategories respected; not all the time. For the most part, however, they are. RT, or ROBLOX Talk, contains but is not limited to serious and joking matters revolving around the topic of ROBLOX. OT, or Off Topic, is essentially the 4chan of ROBLOX. Two very different categories.
