I had a ROBLOX card to redeem and when I taking off the grey thing to see the code half of the numbers came off or there is a layer over it and I can't see it?

The first thing I'd recommend would be to take it back to the store where you purchased it to see if they can help you out, and then if that doesn't work contact [email protected] and we'll see if there is anything we can do.
