Title. NBC can publish, sell and market clothing, with a 100% tax. They can't change the price, the price is stuck at the minimum price. PROS: Better standered of clothing NBC who are passionate about clothing and not money have an opportunity to express themselfs. less profit from clothes overall? 1 person can only buy a limited number of clothes NBC'ers selling clothing theoretically attract person equally compared to BC'ers BC'er vendors make less money because X amount of potential customers is consumed by NBC'er vendors i'm a clothesvendor myself
