Unknown inaccessible account. Help.

This is my alternate account I am on, please help me with this problem. I cannot send this on [email protected], for I do not know how to set up Outloook. My account is Decorpsesonator, I do not know if I am banned, deleted nor hacked. So this happened when I came home from school. I opened my computer and went to roblox.com. I inputed my credentials and now this problem come up. It directed me to www.roblox.com/home?nl=true which directs you to your account but then, a second or two, I came up with the www.roblox.com/NewLogin. I tried logging in for 3 times but then still, it does not work. Now I tried logging in with my ALT account which is this and searched for my name, my account did not come up. I tried looking my groups which is I'm in, I click my player photo and it redirected me to my Profile but it is not deleted. I also tried changing my keypass, I followed the steps, again directed me to www.roblox.com/home?nl=true then after a second, redirected me to www.roblox.com/NewLogin. I tried also logging in with mobile but this note came up: "Your user account has issues, please try logging in using safari or any other browsers." I do not know whether I am hacked, banned nor deleted. Please help me to recover my account Decorpsesonator

same thing to me i was playing on mobile one day when it crashed and i still cant get into my account and i just got builders club too.

Probably a Hacked account. If there is already someone on your account, logged in, it will not let you log in.

Generally you would reset your cookies and etc, if all fails contact there email.
