Help roblox games dont have sound

Hi i have noticed every roblox game i play has no sound i checked the volume in settings volume is up any idea why there is no sound?

Try going into in-game settings >Press ESC or the menu for in game >Game settings >Edit volume settings

The volume is all the way up nothing fixing it so far
