(I know that, but this prison has a rather unique rule regarding smokes.
An obscure regulation exists in GSMDC whereas smoking is permitted, but only in the cell area and yard. They're no longer available on prison grounds (replaced by nicorette gum available in the canteen), but administration never got around to filing the banishment, which means obtaining them is your own business.

"Hello!" she exclaimed, obviously excited to have someone reply to her this time. "I'm Chloe, what is your name?" Her eyes shone happily, and she was enjoying talking so much it seemed like she had been deprived of a decent conversation in years, even though she could be seen talking to a reluctant inmate almost every day. |

She racked her mind of ideas to start a conversation, but on this occasion she couldn't think of any, and hoped that her new friends had a topic that they could discuss. "I'm glad you guys talk; some of the other inmates aren't very social!" |
