I cannot play any roblox games! Plugin help!

I am having trouble playing ANY roblox game so far, and I don't know what to do. Whenever I play a game, before the game can load up, I get a message saying allow plugins, but my computer already allows it, and whenever I try to play a game, the message keeps popping up and I cannot load or play the game. Also, the blocked plugin "puzzle piece" does not appear either, so I don't know what to do. Note: I use chrome Thanks, and please help me with this problem.

That's been happening to me since yesterday. From what I've seen, it might be because of windows 8.1 or chrome itself. Factory Reset or recovery might be one of the solutions if you bought Windows 8 and then upgraded to 8.1
