|RULES|:

V: Address HRs/CRs by Sir or Ma'am
VI: Don't talk when a HR or another person is speaking unless gave permission by saying PTS or if the HR lets everyone talk freely by saying "PTS is not in
effect".
VII: Don't flame about a group if there raiding us or if were raiding them.
VIII: Don't raid allies or join enemy groups.
IX: Be active as much as possible, and attend all events if you see it on the group shout.
X: Show your DB pride.
XI: For HRs, Don't abuse powers and don't abuse admin commands.

\SR01\ Suspended: Awaiting exile or court.
\LR02\ Initiate: Buy the uniform and join the group.
\LR03\ Guard: Attend an entire training.
\LR04\ Soldier I: Pass a training.
\LR05\ Soldier II: Pass a training.
\LR06\ Operative: Pass a training.
\LR07\ Specialist: Pass a training.
\LR08\ Sentinel: Pass a training.
\MR09\ Vanguard: 'Ace' a training. ( Do the obby before everyone else, win the tournament, etc. [Win everything in a decent sized training]
\MR10\ Harbinger: Pass a discipline training.
\MR11\ Coordinator: Pass a discipline training.
\OiT12\ Supervisor: Invitation only, once your invited you must pass the OiT Application and Training.
\HR13\: Marshal: Complete the OiT and pass the HR application, you will then be assessed as a Commissar and if you fail your assessment you will be
demoted to your rank before OiT.
\HR14\: Commissar: Achieved by having the requirements for the Commissar application and then passing the application.
\HR15\: Commissioner: The more active, loyal, and elite HRs. You achieve this rank randomly when a Commandant recommends you to the HoRs and will
then decide if you get the rank. How ever, you can also be demoted from it randomly if you aren't doing as good a job you used to be or if another
Commissar is doing better at his rank than you are.
\CR16\: Commandant: Win a election to be promoted to this rank, the people in this rank are responsible for leading the departments. (Head of War, etc...)
The elections will include the people in the rank below this and the current people in this rank if they want to rerun for there rank back, if you don't win the
election you get demoted down to the rank below or you keep your rank if you aren't a Commandant. You can re-run for the next election as many times as
you want. ( HoD, HoEA, HoW, HoT, HoR, HoJ. There can only be six people in this rank )
\CR17\ Sovereign: Hand-picked from the Holder. (These are the 1IC,2IC,3IC rank's)
\CR18\ Holder: Unachievable.
