Starting this day, which is January 13th, 2015... The Shadow Legion will become active and less inactive... Attention ranks Private - First Sergeant ------------------------- -You guys need to Attend every training you get a Chance to go to.. the reason is, that we need more LR's at our trainings, because we cannot keep promoting MR's... -Uniform is required, if you cannot buy, you are to wear Body color off Purple and Black.. Because that is our colors, and we need to show Maturity when someone walks in to raid... -When a Host is AFK or BRB.. Always sit tight and be quiet as possible, you don't want to be kicked because you were talking when your host was BRB.. -ALWAYS, BE MATURE AND NOT IMMATURE.. MR's can be demoted for immaturity because we surely do not want a HR that dances a lot like a Monkey. Attention ranks Leiutenant - Colonel --------------------------- -UNIFORM IS TO BE WORN AT ALL ACTIVITIES, HR's and LT's shouldn't be wearing a Tanktop or Skirt, They should be in Uniform at all Activities.. -When at a training, we look for you to be on your best behavior.. because MR's and LR's look upon you and see they can act like a Clown.. -When no ones hosted in a long time, do not be shy to train, just ask some fellow Hr's or LT's to help you guys.. Promo LR's so they can get ative. -Don't admin abuse, this Term means not to use admin in ANY harsh way like ":Swagify me", If caught doing so you will be demoted to any rank choosen. Attention ranks SHR - Five star COM --------------------------- -Make trainings fun at the end, add some music for promos so the LRs can be happy at the end, which makes it fun for them. -Wear Uniform's, This rule applies mainly for us, because our HR's need to learn this rule as well.. -Do not be to strict when hosting, this causes people to get sad, and leave.. Hate to say it but this is one of the most idiotic forms ive seen. Austin ur one of the people who AA and do those things. HR's are okay but ur the one that makes it worse, ur a pain in the butt. and Since when does a SHR who's been demoted more then most people in TSL tell everyone in a super clan what to do. Your last form i read was on HR doing training's your way and that was pathetic. frankly No one cares and it's sad to see you try to take over. you have caused a lot of harm in TSL. You made raiders who warned us 1 hour in advance change their warning to 2 mins because you joined they and said that was to much time. You need to get ur self in order before you start telling us what to do. stellarock301680
