Roblox Studio Does'nt start [Error HRESULT 0x80072efd]

Hello, I have a problem with roblox studio recently. My studio doesn't start. What instead happens is that it shows this error: An error occured while starting ROBLOX Studio. HttpSendRequest failed: HRESULT 0x80072efd This happens everytime whenever i try to start roblox studio. Even uninstalling seems to give the same error. How can i fix this? Thanks.
