@Cool some war groups use bots to send messages, 99% of the time for me I only get messages about joining clans because they're looking for members, not to annoy people. |

These spammers are bots.
They likely use a proxy so they can't be tracked. |

True, but I'm sure that some of the people using these bots have modulating IPs. In that case, they don't need to do anything at all for their IP to change. The point is, IP blocking isn't a very good solution.
