There is an issue where if we try to make a place a Start Place, we get an "Error Occurred" message the place permanently becomes an "Other Place."
Examples that literally happened:
Alright, so I want to make an inactive place a Start Place, but I can't because it says it has to be an active place, but I can't activate the game unless it's a Start Place.
Also when I add places to a universe, the Start Place automatically becomes a destination and I'm not able to add a Start Place. It's permanently like that.
What I'm saying is that this ruining some places and some people (like me) rarely uses the Universe feature, as once a place is no longer a "Start Place," the setting is PERMANENT. Many people have this issue but only a few are reporting it. This probably has been going on since the Universe configuration update came out (which is several months ago I believe) and the ROBLOX Staff hasn't quite noticed it yet. I've got attempted help but it didn't really work. By "some," I mean a lot of people.
This is making things difficult when we try to create a place. Personally for me, I want all 101 of my places to be Start Places to make things much easier, probably the same for some others.
So, can ROBLOX fix the issue where you can't make any place a "Start Place"? I'm tired of my games being permanently lost due to the places automatically losing their Start Place status, and so are others. |
