Well, since the contracts were put into place, I had a plan to make it so contracts would end for those who didn't renew them, but now that all the teams are basically going to die, most of them will enter the draft, and there will most likely be some sort of expansion draft to get a full roster of 15 or so on all teams to start out.
The permanent names will help me with contracts, however, as there won't be teams that fold with active contracts, which would probably make me end a contract and send them into free agency even though they signed a 3-year deal. Permanent names are here to stay and even when an owner changes, the players will remain on the team.
