When a little kid gets bullied, they feel bad, and eventually, once they are a pre-teen, teenager, or even an adult, they start bullying like exactly what happened to them when they were little. Try preventing this. Would you want to be bullied if you were little ? I say ROBLOX should improve monitoring and reporting frequency.

To improve monitoring, you must add more moderators. Since they actually hire their moderators, it's impossible, because it costs money. It's your job, and other users' jobs to report people.

Hiring monitors isn't necessary. You will only need the moderators more active.

Actually, Roblox should probably get volunteer moderators, but for some stupid, stubborn, senile reason, they wont.

You know mods can only work so much during the day? They need their sleep also. Just because you do not see the moderators actively online does not mean that they are moderating behind the scenes. In addition, there is no way to increase reporting frequency, because it is all based on player actions. Unless ROBLOX were to create an incentive for reporting (not going to happen -there's already a ton of kids false reporting now), there is no motivation for players to report other than to better the community.
