Okay, so, I've got OBC. I was supposed to cancel it today, but I forgot. It's in the recurring stage, therefore it won't let me cancel it. Aside from that, I don't have a sufficent amount of money in my paypal. Should I just wait for it to expire (if it's even possible), or what?

Just wait and it will expire. But go to settings and click Billing, then click cancel renewal.
