How do I get my robux back?

My account was recently backed for the first time. It said I could get my robux back if I took a screenshot or something. I accidentally deleted that message (iPhone is tricky). Can you tell me what I'm supposed to do? Thx the guy spent over 300 robux on stupid stuff.

Dear KenjiMatsurmura, If you are a victim to Account Theft, E-mail [email protected]. First, You must report the accused suspect, or the account that's linked to it, onto the E-mail. You also need to do a screenshot (Cellular devices: Home Button + Power Button). For the screenshot to be evidence, it must have the transactions of the 'guy' did with your Robux and Tix, and has to be within the screenshot, or else the screenshot will just be a screenshot of the transactions of YOUR doing. ROBLOX Support usually replies within 24 hours. Hope this helped! :) P.S.
